BESPOKE/REMODELING/REPAIR COMMISSIONS
At Xenia Badenoch, we specialise in bespoke commissions, family heirloom remodelling and jewellery repairs of every kind. Every piece begins with an initial consultation, where we talk through your brief, design ideas, budget and timeline. If stone sourcing is part of the project, we then find stones to match your vision — and invite you in to see and feel them in person, so you can choose the one that's right for you. Please note we do not work with lab-grown diamonds or stones from other suppliers.
Next, we bring the design to life through hand or CAD drawings, with a 3D print available on request so you can try the piece on and see it at true scale before anything is made. At this stage, we also provide an accurate quote, and do everything we can to keep the project within budget.
Once the design is signed off, it goes to our workshop to be handmade with a lot of love. Each bespoke piece takes around six weeks to complete, crafted by our master craftsmen here in London.
